The First Official meeting of the Austin Hill Country Chapter of the American Wine Society will be held in a brand new tasting room and winery in the Texas Hill Country -

Margaret and Allan Fetty, owners of Westcave Cellars, Professional Members of the Society, and Members of the Chapter’s Executive Board are also our Chapter Sponsors.

We welcome all Chapter Members to attend this function and meet the Fetty’s, Viticulturists and Winemakers. Wescave Cellars Winery is a boutique style micro-farm that is making and artfully blending and elevating Texan Wine.

While the Chapter Meeting is a prime adventure, we are also hosting an Organoleptic Sensory Evaluation of Wine and Food Pairing. Westcave Cellars is providing wine for the pairings of a presentation prepared by Oscar A. Montes Iga, Executive Chef of Wine Arts, and Personal Chef.
